I need to be able to access individual patients maybe look at bulletpoints of theire last sessions so that i have got a good idea of what im doing if ive forgotten. being bale to see all the patients previous appoinments would be good everything is to seperate atm. also a desktop app that means i dont have to be on the browser all the time would be great. have the heidi evidence be able toretain a conversation for longer as its furstrating when it starts repeating the last question and forgetting information you have given it.

umm it just needs to be a lot more user friendly its good but its not perfect also if it could link up to slick which is a booking platform that would be good so i don;t have to keep uploading my diary. but mainly it needs better organisation of patients and patient proflie pages as atm it just does each session seperately idk how else its meant to be used also can it not delete everything as i need to retain the information for 7 years afterwards etc
