Can your future update make it possible to have a drop down with recent tasks.
For example if I tend to generate a lot of cardiology referral letters, I would rather a drop down to select from and move on. Love your program by the way! timesaver

Global preferably and showing most recent prompts.
For example, instead of asking for a cardiology referral, I may want to specify a 2 paragraph referral letter as the AI can be quite wordy sometimes.
Having this saved would ensure consistency in my letters generation.

A “recent tasks” dropdown in the “Ask Heidi to do anything” area (e.g., quickly selecting cardiology referral letters you generate often) makes a lot of sense for a high-frequency workflow. I’ll share this with the team.
Quick questions so we can shape it properly:
1) Would you want this to show your most recent prompts, or your most-used document types/templates (or both)?
2) Should the dropdown be global (across all patients) or specific to the current patient/encounter?
3) Could you share 2–3 examples of the exact referral letters/tasks you’d want in that list (names/wording)?
