Include client name/id, date and session nusmber in notes as standard.

Notes should automatically include the date and session number, as well as the client's name or ID.
eg: 
Name/client id
Session number
Date 
Session notes:

Would you ideally want these details automatically included in every note, or would you prefer the flexibility to specify which details appear in your note templates and where?
For example, if you could add fields like client name/ID, date, and session number to your template that Heidi would then automatically fill in, would that work well for you?
