Incoming calls

While recording a consultation using the Heidi iPhone app, incoming cellular calls are no longer presented to the device. There is no ringtone, vibration, only incoming call screen. We can miss urgent calls, so it would be better to enable ring calls.

Can you please check if you are on the latest version of the Heidi iPhone app? The issue of calls not being presented has been fixed by our engineering team so please respond if you are facing it in the most recent Heidi version. It should include call banner and, if call banner is dismissed, live activity displayed on your iPhone device.
The ringtone is intentionally silenced to avoid interrupting the recording, this is based on user feedback deeming the silencing as acceptable as long as the call is surfaced.
