And when you say “with formatting”, what specifically has to survive on the Xestro side to be usable (headings/sections, dot points, templates, tables, or mapping into specific Xestro fields)? Lastly, who’s the main user of this day-to-day (clinicians in-consult vs admin after), and what’s the biggest pain point with the current copy/paste workflow?
