Other medical AI programs have apps that allow the program to listen to both ends of the phone call to generate communication notes. Currently, we have to sit in a quiet room on speakerphone to make this work.
Other programs also allow you to call from the app and the recipients caller ID will display the clinic phone number.
I am a veterinarian, so privacy/security concerns may be different in the human field but since other AI programs do this already I don't think it would be a problem
