Is there a way to pull South Africa MIMS into Heidi's database.

If one can pull the handbook MIMS into Heidi then she will know all the brand names of all the medicines available. She will know what it is and how you spell it. Then one would not waste time to correct all the wrong drug-spelling like Duforzig, Daglif, Clopiwin plus.. many brand names. https://subs.mims.co.za/Promotion/GetProducts

Thanks for sharing this — totally get how frustrating it is to keep correcting medication brand-name spellings multiple times a day.
Pulling South Africa MIMS into Heidi’s medication knowledge base is a really helpful suggestion, and I’ll share it with the team.
To help us understand the best approach, could you clarify a couple of things?
1) Are you mainly looking for brand-name recognition/spelling during transcription, or also things like strength/formulation and pack sizes?
2) Do you need this to cover SA brand names only, or also generics and international equivalents?
3) If you’re open to it, could you paste a few more examples of the most common mis-heard/misspelled meds you see (like the ones you listed), and where they show up (transcript vs final note vs documents)?
In the meantime, a quick workaround is using Heidi’s Memory to build a personal medical dictionary (custom abbreviations + automatic substitutions) for the meds you see most often, so those corrections happen automatically.
