1) Where are you seeing “he/she” appear most often (e.g., in the generated note, specific sections like HPI/Assessment, or in filled forms)?

2) Would you prefer a required Male/Female tick box at the start, or a broader option (e.g., male/female/non-binary/unknown) and/or a “use they/them” default?

3) If you can, could you share a quick screenshot or a short example sentence of the output you’re getting vs what you’d want instead?
