Customer wants a two-way workflow between Knack and Heidi:

Knack → Heidi: trigger Heidi note/prompt generation from a Knack record (send relevant fields/context).

Heidi → Knack: automatically save Heidi’s generated output back into Knack (e.g., note sections / summary / structured fields) without manual copy/paste.

Primary goal: automate import/export between Knack and Heidi to reduce manual steps and keep Knack as the system of record.
