A significant hinderance when creating new patients and not having access to a second unique identifier (such as PHN or DOB) until you actually create the file- at that stage one still needs to add all the patient demographics and if one wanted to there is no way to link the patient to possible missed prior visit (noticed after creating a new session). Also, the label Heidi attaches to the patient is now unable to distinguish which patient one needs to search with having a second identifier on a same name patient
