latest update has made usability worse

Previously when I clicked " create" I would get an ordered list of my templates. With the new update i get multiple short lists "favorites" "most used" "created by you". Favorites and most used are the same thing!!! I have more than 10 regularly used templates. Rather than a useful and ordered list of ten templates I get these short repeating lists of the same thing and I have to search which cost me time and clicks. please change it back!!!

appointments used to come up in schedule under upcoming and stay there while transcribing/uploading documents - now they switch to past as soon as you click on them and there is excessive clicking back and forth between past and upcoming as well as between notes and context etc - can we make more of a seamless transition or no transition between all of this, it is laggy and repetitive

Thanks for taking the time to spell this out — that sounds genuinely frustrating, especially if you’re using templates multiple times a day.
It’s really helpful feedback that the new “Favorites / Most used / Created by you” sections are duplicating content and adding extra searching/clicks compared to the previous single ordered list.
A couple quick questions so I can share this clearly with the team:
1) What ordering worked best for you before (alphabetical, most recently used, custom order, etc.)?
2) Roughly how many templates do you regularly rotate through (e.g., 10–20, 20–50)?
3) If you could change one thing, would you prefer: a single full list again, or keeping sections but allowing “show all” / longer lists?
If you’re able to share a screenshot of what you see after clicking “Create,” that’d help a lot too.

Custom order works best for me. I regularly use 10-20 templates. I want a single full longer list that I can customise rather than multiple short lists. Tabs for these other lists would be an option.
