Limit access of administrative staff to recorded transcripts

When practice admin staff has access to Heidi, they should not have access to the transcript that was recorded during the consultation, for the following reasons:
- Not everything that is said during a consultation is documented. In gynaecology, there are frequently discussions around sensitive and sometimes intimate matters, and I am uncomfortable about the fact that my receptionist, although she must respect patient confidentiality, can actually go and read exactly what sensitive information the patient disclosed during the consultation.
- There is no valid reason why administrative staff should have access to the confidential recording transcript of a consultation.
- When obtaining consent for the consultation to be recorded, I want to reassure the patient that only I have access to the transcript and that despite the fact the consultation is being recorded, what is said during the consultation will remain confidential, something that is not true if my admin staff can actually read it and have access to it. I want to specifically reassure the patient that the admin staff do not have access to the recorded transcript of the patient.
- The transcript is different to the clinical records and reports that Heidi generates. In most practices admin staff do have access to the records. The transcript however, is not the same as the record and should be treated differently.

Private Sessions for Admins

Currently, there is no built-in feature to mark sessions as private within Teams. As an administrator, I need a way to ensure that certain sessions remain private and are not visible to other team members, including assistants. This would help maintain confidentiality for management meetings and sensitive discussions.

Allow limited access secondary staff login to an account

Could we get the ability to have secondary "view only" access to an account? I would like my staff to be able to view/reference/copy notes from my Heidi encounters, but not have the ability to alter the sessions (if I just give them my login to review and access sessions, I'm a little worried someone might delete or alter a session - they don't need that capability, this is just for managing records). I usually have my techs incorporate my transcribed note into our EHR, and sometimes they need to review notes to prepare for follow-up visits.
