Link an Alias to a chart.

It would be great if you could link an "alias" to a chart. For example, I put my patients in as "Joe Smith 01/31/75". But when I bring in my schedule from that day through a screenshot it automatically brings them over as "Mr. Joe M. Smith". So I then have to go and change the name to link it to that account. If I could connect it as an alias and it automatically find a linked session to that name, it would be wonderful.

Thanks for posting this, Taylor Smith — super helpful. Yep I understand the workflow pain here: if the schedule import is pulling in a slightly different name format (e.g. “Mr. Joe M. Smith” vs “Joe Smith 01/31/75”), having an alias that can map back to the existing chart/session would be great. We’ll take a look at what it would take on our side and follow up once we’ve dug in a bit more.
