It would save lots of clicks if you could say "this is a H&P for patient X" and heidi automatically names the session "H&P for patient X" and links it to patient X. if the patient doesnt exist, it should create this patient.

When I am on my phone, I dont want to link my session by clicking and selecting patients, i just want to talk and heidi organises everysthing by itslef
