User wanted to link more than 3 past sessions as he is a Psychologist with having to generate from 6 appointments or more.

These are for letters back to referring GPs. With mental health care plans, and some other treatment plans, correspondance needs to go back to the referrer after 6 sessions. Then a care plan review is created by GP which allows for another 4 sessions. This is a very common occurrence for Psychologists and other allied health. What I have been having to do is copy and paste each appt note into ChatGPT and get the letters created there. Thats why I am keeping ChatGPT. If Heidi could do this, I would certainly have the paid version. The information required is -all of it - as would want to be documenting and feeding back change and improvement to the referrer . Ideally, there would be a very simple way of generating a document in Heidi that formulates from all appointments that are linked with that patient.
