Macro view of consistent themes/topics

I'd love a feature where Heidi could crunch through all client notes for a week/month and flag recurring themes to me. With observations around the types of guidance that are helping most. This could really help drive my social media content/podcast themes/blog themes etc. I'm always trying to get helpful messages out to people who aren't paying clients.

Great to hear your perspective, Pamela Rose! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific types of themes or topics are you most interested in identifying from the client notes?
- How would you like the flagged themes to be presented or reported to you?
- Are there any specific metrics or criteria you would like to use to determine the effectiveness of the guidance provided?

Hi Tom ! I'm perhaps a little different than many, in that I operate a very niche service - I'm a Fatigue Coach who only works with those who are experiencing some sort of chronic fatigue challenge (ME/CFS, Long Covid, Fibromyalgia, Autoimmune conditions etc.
This means that I'm often having very similar conversations about recurring themes, across each week and month. Although I can, of course, keep a bit of a mental tally as to things that seem to keep cropping up, it would be super interesting to see what your AI function were to pick up. Perhaps it would highlight that people are asking about very similar things that month (e.g. concerns about catching a cold in winter months, and the impact it could have on their existing health challenge). Or it might pick up on the guidance I'm giving around certain things (e.g. that I've been talking a lot this month about how to look after your immune system).
It doesn't have to be anything too complex - a box/field where I could type something like "what are the most frequently discussed topics this month" or "have I talked much about nutrition with my clients in the last quarter compared to previous quarters".
It's not a show stopper by any means! But I'm thinking it could be a really lovely feed to help me shape the content I try to share via my free to access channels. ("A lot of people are coming to our sessions to share their concerns about getting ill right now, given the number of bugs around right now...here are some tips etc etc etc").
