First, I appreciate that Heidi launched an integration with PracticeQ (formerly IntakeQ). Many of us have been eagerly waiting for this, and it’s a big step forward.

That said, I was dismayed to see that the integration is only available to Together plan users, which means solo providers—many of whom pushed intakeQ to make this integration happen, at Heidi's request—are left out. I still have the email from Tom asking users to reach out to IntakeQ to advocate for the integration.

Plenty of users understand Heidi's value and are willing to pay for it, but locking this feature behind the Together plan just doesn’t make sense for solo providers who don’t need the extras that come with it. It feels like an artificial barrier that’s keeping a lot of engaged users from fully benefiting from Heidi.

Please consider opening the integration to all paid users. It would make a lot of your users happy, increase adoption of the integration, and ultimately keep more people invested in Heidi long-term.
