Master template instruction section

I would like a master AI reference document where I can put instructions that apply to all templates so I do not have to edit them one by one. For example Heidi is failing to get my name right and keeps calling me Dr. Smith. I have 10-12 specific templates and for now I will have to go into each one and instruct it to my correct name. IT would be nice to have one area where to give it general instructions all in one place.

Thanks, this is really helpful feedback.
It sounds like the bigger need is having a place to tell Heidi things once that should carry across your templates, rather than repeating the same instructions in every template.
A couple of questions that would help us understand how you’d want this to work:
Beyond your name/title, what other kinds of instructions would you want Heidi to remember globally? For example: preferred terminology, formatting/style, how you refer to patients, practice details, common clinical preferences, etc.
Would you expect these instructions to apply everywhere in Heidi (like Heidi evidence), or specifically when generating notes from templates?
Are there cases where a specific template should override one of your global instructions?
Would you prefer to explicitly maintain and add to a collection of these instructions yourself, or would it also be useful if Heidi could learn recurring preferences from the corrections you make over time?

All the things you suggested are great, I know that having my preferred name and title, having a place to list my colleagues names correct spelling, preferences for how it words
things and abbreviates things, etc. also the instructions I have at the bottom of my templates not to use things that aren’t explicitly mentioned, to include a patient quote when it can, etc.
I would have it apply everywhere but I pretty much just use note templates so I’m not sure if there is something I’m missing about why that’s not a good idea.
I think template would trump General instructions if there were explicit instructions within it that countered the general ones.
I would prefer to have the option to maintain it myself. Certainly at least to start but then I would think it would be great if Heidi suggested updates that I could approve based on my edits.
