If there is a way to please improve how we download session notes, as multiple downloads aren't possible and there are no offers of integration to automatically back up session notes. I found that the more sessions i have stored in the cloud through Heidi the slower it is for me to search up clients. Also i would like to be able to export the client sessions in bulk so i can back them up.
