Can you make the meter notes reflecting a Midwife and not nursing notes as well as making it more patient centred not talking about patients rather than clients as they are not sick?

For example sSteph is in good form today. She has finished her antibiotics for a UTI end of last week and we are going to check the urine in a weeks time to see if it s clear. She has started to feel baby move.
We had a chat about baby safe sleep and what to look out for when buying car seats, pram and baby’s bed.
We went through the recommendations of Fetal medicine in regards to bloods at 36 weeks and cord bloods. also planning a 28 week scan for growth.
No concerns. I will see Steph again 25 weeks.

To be honest, when I use AI to help with my notes, I usually include brackets to indicate the tone, like 'friendly' and 'empathetic'.

It might be helpful to remove the nursing description, as most midwives are independent practitioners or work solely as midwives, rather than being registered nurses.

We had several great conversations, and I aimed to keep the tone warm, friendly, and welcoming, focusing on building a positive connection while remaining professional.
