Missing left and right scroll bars in library under My Collections'.

I think this is probably a bug, but what's really irritating is the fact that the left/right scroll bars quite often don't appear. I know I've got ten plus collections, but I can't see them directly from this starting point because the scroll bars decide not to appear. Could you have a look at this and see if it can be fixed? Browser used, Microsoft Edge

Thanks for flagging this — that does sound really frustrating, especially if you’ve got lots of collections and the scroll controls aren’t reliably showing up.
