I would like to record a follow up session from a clinical note made at a previous occasions on my android device. E.g. A ward round note created before a procedure should have a link to record an operative report from the same viewed clinical note instead of having to go via the 'start new session' menu, where the created folder doesn;t appear on the drop down menu and I have to create a new folder from the start on my mobile phone.
