Heidi attempts to extract patient details when processing the transcript and context to create the note. The user then edits the note including adding and removing things from allergies, meds, past medical history, etc. The patient details captured by the program do not recognize any of these changes, updates, or corrections.

Is it possible to have the automated patient details extraction done after the editing phase, or to trigger extraction from a finalized note, or to have a button to "sync changes" where the extracted patient details are updated based on current iteration of note before being stored in patient profile?
