More of person details when sending email
Gregory Szto
When I send an email about a patient, there is no accompanying identifying information. My typists do not know who I am talking about. Please consider including the name or initial or DOB of the patient being discussed. They also do not know WHO sent the email. The generic sender is donotreply@heidi.com not me.
You should include a sentence at the start of the email like:
"You have received an email from Dr.... regarding XXX."
Thank you.
