For team accounts, it would be nice if we could reassign sessions to other providers or if patients could be remembered as a whole practice rather than per provider. When providers are covering for eachother, this would help to make coverage smoother. Currently, I have to start from scratch as if the patient were brand new

Hey McKenzie Brace, thanks for posting this — totally get how painful it is having to start from scratch when you’re covering for each other. Reassigning sessions + remembering patients at the practice level makes a lot of sense for team accounts; we’ll take a look at what it would take on our side and follow up once we’ve got a clearer path.
