I would like for it to use my voice and preferences when writing notes across all notes, not just for one template. For example, it writes "the patient understands". We never make assumptions about the patient. Instead we write "the patient expresses understanding". This seems small, but can be torn apart in a courtroom. Also, I never write in the passive voice. I would like for it to have a box that I can provide this feedback, and it will save my feedback and preferences across all notes when writing.
