Hi. Some feedback about the new updates to the online platform.
I used the new online platform today, and here are a few thoughts I gathered after using it over the past eight hours.
I preferred the previous online version. It was easier to navigate and allowed me to quickly view my patient list by date and time. In the new version, the list appears mainly organized by time, which makes it harder to get a clear snapshot of the day.
The patient-specific question/evidence history also no longer appears reliably when I leave a patient profile and return. I sometimes have to re-ask the question to reconnect the evidence to that patient.
The biggest issue is synchronization. Previously, after dictating on the mobile app, I could press sync on the desktop version and the transcription would update quickly. Now, the sync button does not work reliably, even after pressing it multiple times. I have to refresh the entire browser for the mobile transcription to appear and link to the online platform.
Overall, the new online version feels less efficient and less intuitive. I would appreciate a short video/walkthrough explaining the new features and how this version is meant to improve on the previous one.

I use the app on my mobile for transcription, then the website to copy notes into EMR.

Hi Yusuf Joseph, Mbchb, Ccfp (em) -- thanks for sharing that feedback. We're making quick improvements to make it easier to see what's upcoming/today/past in the new session list -- so that's coming very soon.
As for the patient-specific questions and the sync issues, we'll also look into those problems and get the team to investigate. For the sync issue, can you confirm if you're using the desktop app or the website (or both) when you're getting the sync issue?
