New Upcoming and Past sessions feature. A bug...

All doctors run behind (!) which means that where "upcoming" patients are filtered by Day AND Time and - say I'l even 10 minutes behind for an all day clinic, every single patient will disappear off the "upcoming" listand move on to the "past list" by the time I get to them. This happens for me - 15 times a day. Can I suggest either allowing a grace period of say an hour or simply filtering the "upcoming list" by date only?

A more helpful feature would be to have separate tabs for "upcoming" and "seen". The next patient waiting would be at the top of the "upcoming" tab and would automatically move to the "seen" tab at the end. That would organize the patient list better, irrespective of how late you are!

I'm curious. What's the rationale for this change? I use the status button to track patients status. I see patients in a skilled nursing facility and ALF. No appointments. Can there be an option to turn it off? I'm setting the "appointment time"" for late night, 2300 hrs.

thanks for reply Tom. Appointments vary from between 20 mins to 40 mins (RV vs New) and a few shorter 10 min procedure appointments. Often 20 mins behind, rarely for than 30 so a 1 hour grace period ideal. Customizeable would be be great but would have thought 1 hr would cover most eventualities (for me anyway). I'm gueesing in certain clinics in other specialties where clinics very heavily booked or in A+E, delays could be even longer? In terms of how I manage patients how have "moved" to past sessions, I simply move to that list - not a big deal for a handful but a pain in the ass if I start the day late and am chasing all day..
