It really would be great if there was a way to make your chat silent. It breaks through my DND and disrupts my sessions.

What chat are you referring to? If there's noises coming through from Heidi and you're on the web app, it's possible to mute the web tab so that doesn't happen during your sessions

Hi Theo from Heidi - the user is reporting this from Desktop app, Mac. When there's a new message from Support, a notification sound still goes through even when they are on DND.
