Option to turn auto-completion of tasks on or off, when documents are created

Please make an option for tasks NOT to be automatically checked as completed, when a document is generated. Creating a document doesn't mean the referral has actually been sent and it creates a risk of tasks getting missed, if the final step of sending it isn't done.

Our emr is not integrated so it's every time I generate a document eg referral letter. The task is marked completed, but I need to actually send it within the emr. I would prefer a generalized toggle on and off but the most helpful to turn off would be referral letters, imaging reqs. Thanks!

- How often do you find that tasks are incorrectly marked as completed due to document generation?
- Would you prefer a global setting to toggle this feature on/off, or a per-document option?
- Are there specific types of documents where this issue is more prevalent?
