Hey James Yang — quick follow up so we can make sure we build the right 365‑day option. Which data are you actually trying to keep for 365 days (consult transcripts/notes, generated docs, audit logs, etc.)? And do you mean “retain for at least 365 days before anything can be deleted,” or “auto-delete at exactly 365 days” (vs the current 1–90 day choices)? Lastly, is 365 days coming from a specific policy/regulatory requirement on your side, or more of a workflow preference?

Tom thanks Tom, this would be to "auto delete once sessions reach x days old", ie more customisation compared with the 1-90 days available now. It is not a regulatory requirement, however it is our policy to not retain data on an external platform indefinitely. Hence we currently have it at 90 days, but allowing it to be longer ie 365 days, would allow us to take advantage of linked sessions better, as we currently don't have integration with our EMR, with small minimising the exposure risk if there is a breach. Thanks!
