Organizing sessions by shift or by clinic date so that I dont have a long list of previously seen patients. For physicians who don't see the recurrent list of patients over and over again (ie. emergency physicians) it would be nice to have an easier way to add new patients. I never see the same patient twice and if I did I would start a new session anyways so a list of all the patients I have ever seen is not helpful. I would like to directly add new patients and skip the step of selecting from a pre-existing list.
