Feature Suggestion: Flag transcript sections as 'Out of Context'

Details: The ability to flag specific sections of a transcript as 'out of context' or 'not relating to the current case'. This would be especially helpful in busy clinics where multiple patients might be discussed in one session, or a session is interrupted, allowing the user to easily exclude irrelevant content from the final note while keeping the transcript as a true reflection of the session.

In a veterinary practice it is not unusual to have to patients with the same gardian/owner and sometime they discuss issues of both patients at the same time. This feature would allow to filter the information for each patient
