It would be great to have profile charts for each patient and the ability to see all notes for each session and summarize overall treatment progress when client is discharged.

Tom Hello! To answer your questions, I think specific information in the charts could be all of the linked notes to the patient, their treatment plan, and the overall themes of previous sessions. For treatment progress, if we were able to input treatment plans and/or specific goals they have, it would be helpful to have previous notes cross-referenced with treatment goals so we would be able to assess progress and be able to reference that when the patient is discharged. For session notes, the templates and writing are really great! I think just having a function to view all of the notes in one place for each patient would be very useful.
