Patient Name formatting in schedule

At least once a week, I have a schedule from the hospital, which has the name format of last name, first name, where as my EMR in my office has the format first name, last name. Is there a way to automatically convert the schedule from the last name, first name to my EMR default. My EMR does not have full EMR integration.
