Save PDF or word output in patient management.

When an output has been created as word, pdf, other formats; Allow option to save as part of patient profile. When patient is selected, there should be option to load all relevant attached documents or output files.

I suppose patient repository is best way to describe it. As you know, any finalised sessions or output could change if the session/output is regenerated. If there's a way to lock an output from further changes or regeneration.  
For example, after I generate and edit a letter, I save this as pdf and email to patient. 
But there's no way to save a locked output in heidi. The session/output could easily be regenerated which might change some contents and edits.

Hey elijah Macowvic - thanks so much for your feedback - what's the main purpose for this?

Is it to have the context for the next session because we already support that natively - or do you just prefer to have all official documents saved to the patient profile as a repository?
