Permanent Chat box pane on the right side

I would like to request option to keep the chat box open permanently on the right pane. Currently i have to open it every time. This chat box I use almost to every consultation

Thank you for your feedback. I'll pass on the feedback to the relevant teams. 
There is currently work underway regarding interaction mechanisms that addresses this in parts, but in the meantime a standard setting related to 'open-permanently' is something that I will pass on and will keep you in the loop.
