Is there a way to do a bulk download of existing memory replacements to share with other clinic members?
The bulk upload is very helpful. We'd like to be able to share Heidi Memory entries made by individuals with other team members. Being able to download the current individual lists would be helpful for creating a master upload list.

Thanks for sharing this — makes a lot of sense, especially if you’re trying to build a clinic-wide “master” Memory list.
To help us pass this on clearly to the team:
1) Are you hoping for a true export (e.g., CSV) of all Memory find/replace pairs, so you can edit/merge and then bulk upload again?
2) Would you want to export just your own entries, or also Team/shared entries (and should it respect permissions)?
3) When you share with other clinic members, do you want it to create a shared Team Memory library (like templates can be set to “Team”), or is a downloadable file to distribute enough?
If you can share an example of a few Memory entries you’d want included (sanitised) or a screenshot of how you’re currently organising them, that’d help us understand the ideal format. I’ll share this request with the team.
