Can we have a setting of always having 'personalisation on'.

when the letters come up on heidi, at the bottom right hand side of the page is a personalisation tab, which is defaulted to 'off'. Can we have an option to always have this turned 'on'. At the moment, we have to turn this on, each and everytime we do a letter.

Tom It is on both the app and the desktop version. Sometimes, I see the letters come up after the session, and the small 'personalisation' button on the bottom right hand side of the screen is not 'on'. Then I have to turn it on, and then regenerate the output, so it then looks like my template. I was just wondering how to have this function always turned 'on'. I can't see any options in settings for this. Thank you.
