Limiting personalizations to 50 is extremely low. I got to 50 within just a few days of using Heidi and then it stopped adding any new personalization's at all. I had to reach out to the support team and ultimately the suggestion was to delete a few of my personalizations, hoping it would reset and start adding new ones, but I was told it is currently limited to 50 personalizations total, so if I add new ones it is going to be deleting my old ones. Like I said, I got to 50 personalizations within just a few days and I cannot imagine that a single user who is actively correcting their Heidi notes will not reach 50 personalizations very quickly. If this is going to keep learning my style and making notes the way I like them, then the 50 personalization limit is going to have to be substantially increased and I would suggest having no limit at all.
