Please make Heidi note down all the negatives

Heidi does not document all of the negative findings in the history section. This is crucial, as doctors screen for other issues and rule out red flag symptoms.

To help us share this with the team in a useful way, could you clarify a couple of things?
1) Which kinds of negatives are being missed most often (e.g., chest pain/SOB, neuro red flags, GI red flags, infectious symptoms), and in what specialty/use case?
2) Are you expecting a dedicated “Pertinent negatives / Red flags denied” subsection in History, or for negatives to be embedded within each HPI system?
3) If you can, could you paste a short de-identified example of what was said vs what Heidi wrote (or a screenshot of the History section output)?
We’ll pass this feedback along — the examples will help us understand the pattern and how best to improve the note structure.
