Please add Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to the list of specialties. If I choose Nurse Practitioner it treat me like an FNP and I have a limited scope of practice than an FNP. My scope is more consistent with a psychiatrist, but without the medical side.

Also, maybe consider a place for entering license and NPI so when we generate letters it will include that information when appropriate.
