pre-consult AI chat with patient for brief history/reason for visit

Feature similar to MBSPro pre-consult. Prior to consult , Patient gets sent a link which brings them to an AI chat in browser where they are asked about their symptoms and reasons for attending. this gets imported into context and prepares GP for what patient wants to chat about.

- How long before the consultation should the patient receive the link to the AI chat?

Tom. I think it should be quite brief. more of a shopping list. Ive been manually sending the link to selected patients on the morning of the consult. I send it via BP SMS. same message and link goes to all patients and MBSpro imports their responses to context. super useful . automated would be good. or ability to bulk send to selected patients.
e.g. Hi xxx. I am an AI assistant for dr Yong. what are the main things you would like to discuss with your GP today? list them here. don't feel obliged to answer if you would prefer to speak privately in person. [ability to customise initial greeting would be nice]
scripts... do you know which meds you need.
symptom... tell me more about your symptom.. how long, severity, what's happened so far.
