I am a chiro and I need a primer before a treatment to remember who the patient is, where I am in their treatment plan and what I need to do today.

Ideally when I tie a session to a patient Heidi gives me a short paragraph summary of the above. This would be incredibly helpful! For MD's it could be medications or conditions being managed. I think a lot of practitioners would benefit.
