We don't store patient details in Heidi unless they're in a temporary backlog, as all our patient data is managed in our external practice management system. Currently every new session requires an extra step to select "Create New Patient" or "Create Unlinked Session." Could you please add a preference toggle to bypass this step and streamline our workflow?
