i would like to add "Past medical history" to the context field that comes up prepopulated when i open a new session. i often have to type this before copy and pasting this from the patients chart into Heidi

Are you referring to the the PMH box currently in context? (see image)
These details are passed directly as context into the note by default without the need to copy and paste
