Prime Heidi with Gentu File PDFs

Make it easy to prime Heidi with a GP referral, survey or patient registration form!
heidi works best when she's primed with some patient info - is it possible to have PDFs from the patients Gentu clinical file pull/push automatically into heidi to be uploaded as temporary priming (pulled into context) to inform the scribe of the background (e.g. survey result PDF or the GP referral letter). This would be a significant help in our workflows as current process looks like:->Export file to PDF saver in gentu->save in folder->Drag from folder into heidi (without getting wrong patient!)

- What specific information from the Gentu clinical file PDFs is most critical for priming Heidi?
- Are there any security or privacy concerns we should be aware of when integrating with Gentu?
- How do you envision the automatic pull/push process working in terms of user interaction and control?

Hey Tom nice to hear from you (robot you!), I also sent an email which Faith responded to. I think there is a big opportunity for better priming in heidi through integrations: 1) Gentu files e.g. GP referral, previous letter from me (if before heidi/I delete heidi files) and 2) things like questionnaires such as consentic outputs (usually a PDF that pushes to gentu as theyre integrated, but could theoretically come out as text too.
Consentic surveys are customisable and you can get great history info from here (symptoms theyre here for, reg meds, PMHx etc) and have it pre-loaded for brief review in consult.
You can then use consentic + referral + heidi to prime and start a note pre-consult (gives concise summary of all info you have so far) - then go over it with patient but sooner move on to spending more time examining, counselling etc rather than collecting that info.
