Prompt to confirm information

I have tried using a different software for dental notes. If the software is unsure about the tooth it will ask a prompt. It just streamlines everything. Happy to discuss this in more detail. For example if I am advising treatment on tooth 16, the software can ask me which tooth is the tretment for - the I tick 16 (it will give me a list of options like 15, 16, 17). and which material I am planning for example composite/glass ionomer/crown and so on - the prompts are picked up from transcript. I am happy to discuss this in more detail over zoom and show you the other software

Hi Anya, in an ideal world it would ask for confirmation as to which tooth is the one for treatment or has the problem - it could automatically select a tooth from what it’s heard then we just correct it if it’s wrong by a simple tick box, or by typing. If something like this isn’t able to be built, a useful starting point would be to ask if it’s unsure.

Thanks, I’ve passed this feedback on to the team.
One thing that would help us understand the ideal experience: what kinds of details would you want Heidi to prompt you for after the session? For example, should it only ask when it’s uncertain about something it heard, or should it also proactively prompt for important details that weren’t mentioned at all?
