I think it would be helpful if Heidi could generate a handoff sheet for providers going off service to sign out to their colleagues. I am a hospitalist, and at the end of my block I need to provide a brief summary and "to-do" list for my colleagues. It would be helpful if Heidi could generate this very brief summary (ideally using typical medical abbreviations) and list of what the next provider will need to do. It would be ideal if this could be done en masse for all of the patients documented on for the day, with the possible exception of discharges.
