Recalling referring doctor details

Two things in this category: 1) A local store or archive on my profile with referring doctors names, addresses and details which would auto-fill each time I create a letter to that doctor. 2) When creating subsequent letters back to referring GP or doctor on same patient, that Heidi remembers the doc from the previous letter and defaults back to that same doctor's details each time

I am curious, however, are there other details about a patient, clinician, or your own preferences that you find yourself repeatedly telling Heidi when generating future notes or letters, things you’d ideally want Heidi to store and automatically reuse?

Anya SharmaAnya - I think the doctor details are the most useful. I would love to be able to start a Heidi instruction with " letter to Dr Jones" - and it would pull up Dr Jones' name and address details, as well as salutation (for docs I know personally I would usually start the letter " Dear Tom," rather than dear Dr Jones, for example). Also, to top it all, if it could be saved in a pdf format, ready to email, or even better, link the email send directly to the letter - would eliminate a couple of extra steps and the need to switch programs. Could set up in Heidi the default email program and template to use for letters withion my user profile.
